The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, is now accepting applications for its Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session. The school offer Morning, Evening, and Part-Time (Six Semesters) options leading to the award of an HND in various fields.

FEDPOLY ADO HND FORM 2024: Entry Requirements

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

National Diploma (ND): At least a Lower Credit in the chosen course, along with five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, from SSCE/NECO/GCE or relevant NABTEB O’Level examinations in no more than two sittings.

Specific Requirements:

• For Engineering and Agricultural Technology courses, NABTEB (NTC) holders must also have a core subject related to their trade (excluding Book Keeping, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, or Secretariat Studies).
• For Business-related courses, NABTEB (NBC) is acceptable.
• NABTEB Technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB General Education Certificate (NGC) are also valid for courses in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Science, and Computer Studies.

Additional Criteria:

• Applicants must provide their ND Result and IT Letter during the application process.
• A minimum of one year (12 months) of relevant work experience post-ND is required. Those with a PASS grade in ND must have at least two years (24 months) of relevant work experience.

How to Apply FEDPOLY ADO HND FORM 2024

1. Application Form:
   1. Visit Polytechnic’s Application Portal to generate and print your payment invoice.
   1. Take the invoice to any bank to pay the application fee of ₦15,500 (inclusive of administrative charges) via the Remita platform.
   1. Alternatively, you can pay online using a debit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Verve) following the instructions on the invoice generation page.

   1. After payment, return to the School Portal to fill out your application form using the RRR number from your payment invoice. Ensure all details are correct and upload your ND Result and IT Letter.
   1. Print your acknowledgment slip once you have completed your application.

Aptitude Test

All HND applicants, regardless of the programme (Morning, Evening, or Part-Time), will be required to take a Computer-Based Test (CBT). This test will cover English, General Paper, and ND Specialization topics.
