UNIOSUN ADMISSION SCREENING 2024/2025
Osun State University (UNIOSUN) is excited to announce the upcoming Admission Screening Exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth application process:
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who selected UNIOSUN as their first choice, or those willing to change their institution choice to UNIOSUN, must have scored a minimum score of 160 in the UTME. Please note that applicants who scored below 200 will not be considered for admission into the following programs: Nursing, Medicine, Law, and Common and Islamic Law.
- Program Change Option: Candidate who have applied for one of the aforementioned programs but did not meet the required score may switch to another relevant program of their choice.
- Age Restriction: In accordance with FGN policy, candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years old by December 31, 2024, to apply.
UNIOSUN ADMISSION SCREENING 2024/2025 : Registration Procedures
- To begin your application, visit the UNIOSUN website at https://www.uniosun.edu.ng or the admissions portal at https://admissions.uniosun.edu.ng. Complete the application form and print two (2) copies for your records.
- Direct Entry Candidates: Direct Entry candidates must ensure to complete the application form online and review the university’s admission requirements before submitting. Direct Entry candidates must also send their Academic Transcripts to the Registrar of Osun State University by Friday, October 4, 2024.
- JAMB Requirement: All Direct Entry candidates, including those from UNIOSUN (IJMB, JUPEB) programs, must obtain a Direct Entry Form from JAMB and apply for the screening exercise.
Admission Requirements
- General Requirements: the school requires candidates to have at least five (5) Credit Passes in relevant subjects at either SSCE/NECO/NABTEB, obtained in no more than two sittings. For Medicine, Nursing, and Law, five (5) Credit Passes must be achieved in a single sitting.
- Direct Entry Credit: The university may accept a minimum of Lower Credit for Direct Entry applicants. Ensure all details provided are accurate. Any false information will result in prosecution and withdrawal of admission. Fees paid are non-refundable if records are falsified. Awaiting results should be updated within one week of release.

UNIOSUN ADMISSION SCREENING 2024/2025 Payment Details
- Access Fee: N3,000.00
- Post UTME Screening Fee: N2,000.00
Payments should be made via the Remita Web PAY Platform using your ATM cards (MasterCard, Verve, and REMITA-enabled cards).
Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
The 2024/2025 admissions will be managed through JAMB’s Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). Candidates are required to upload their O’ Level results to the CAPS portal as part of the admission process.
Deadline
All application forms must be submitted by 12:00 Noon on Sunday, October 13, 2024.
