Federal University Otuoke Post-UTME Screening for 2024/2025
The Federal University Otuoke warmly invites applications from eligible UTME candidates for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the University for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. We kindly ask interested candidates to follow the guidelines below.
FUOTUOKE PUTME Screening 2024 Eligibility for Application
a. Candidates who selected the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME, and who scored at least 140, are eligible. They should have chosen one of the programs listed below.
b. Candidates who did not choose the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but are interested in studying here, and who scored at least 140 in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME, are also welcome. These candidates must change their institution choice to Federal University Otuoke via the JAMB website and select one of the programs listed below.
How to Apply FUOTUOKE PUTME Screening 2024
Candidates are required to make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card for the application form. Before applying, please read all instructions thoroughly.
Needed Documents
1. A digital passport-size photograph
2. A scanned copy of the WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level result (in PDF format)
3. A scanned copy of the LGA identification letter (in PDF format)
4. A scanned copy of the Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (in PDF format)
**Special Instructions**
a. Use a digital passport photograph in JPG format.
b. Ensure to provide a valid email address and personal phone number in your application.
c. Upload your O’ Level Result(s) scratch card information. If combining two O’ Level results, upload the scratch card information for both.
**Important Dates**
– **Commencement of Online Application:** The online application process will begin on Thursday, 25 July 2024, on the University’s portal at http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.
– **Deadline for Submission:** Applications must be submitted by August 18, 2024.
– **Date of Post-UTME Screening Exercise:** The date for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be provided upon completion of the application, and will be included on the PUTME Screening Schedule Printout.
**Disqualification Notice**
Candidates whose O’ Level results are not uploaded on JAMB CAPS, or who provide false declarations regarding UTME scores, O’ Level result grades (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), or state of origin, will not be considered for admission.
